Returns and store credit
We accept returns for store credit up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. We will provide a store credit for the full order amount minus the shipping cost. Note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address damaged items on a case-by-case basis and will always work towards a satisfactory solution.
